Cancellation Policy

You are always welcome to cancel an order, if you feel like you want to make some changes to your order or if you have placed the order by mistake. Please use the cancellation option before the shipment of the product, you can cancel an order within 5 days of order confirmation (an order is confirmed when the payment is received by us).

To cancel an order follow these steps:

• Just login to your account
• Head over to the "My Orders" section
• Selected your order from the list
• Click on the "cancel order" button.
• Give an appropriate reason as to why you would like to cancel an order & click confirm.

We will credit the full amount of your order to your original payment method/bank account or we can provide store credit (as per your request) within 4-5 business days of confirmed cancellation.

PLEASE NOTE: For customized order, if you cancel after your order is ready there might be a cancellation charge depending on the order value. Upon cancellation of orders placed using gift cards, the gift card amount will be refunded back to the Jain Jewellers Wallet. We would not be able to accept cancellation of Gold coins/bars, frames, customized jewellery, gift cards and loose solitaires under any circumstances. 

Jainjewel.com may, at its sole discretion, request the Customer to pay a percentage of the value of the transaction as an advance at the time of placing the order. The balance payment for the order shall be paid by the Customer at the time of delivery of the product. Failure to pay the balance amount at the time of the delivery of the product shall be treated as a cancellation of the order
