Our return rate is extremely low due to more than required due delligence made before shipping your order. We will send you photos (videos on request) of your ready product before shipping it you & will only ship it to you after we receive your approval. . Please take the time to try out all the jewellery you have received.However, If you still decide on returning, we are happy to help you out with your return and refund process. You will have 7-days return period after you have received the products, and customers are requested to raise the return query within the given period of time. You can also reach out our customer support team anytime, to help you with any other issues related to your order, payment and shipment.

Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons Naths(Nose Pin) and Toe Rings are not Returnable.

Here is how you can easily return products
Go to Return order and fill out the returns form, and once you have requested the return you will receive an mail notifying the same. It usually takes 24 working hours for us to respond to your return request and schedule a reverse pick-up. We will send you a mail once the return request has been confirmed from our end with the instructions on how you can return the products.

Refunds for payment made through debit/credit cards/net banking, will be processed by reversal of the same transaction. This would take around 5-7 working days.

The cancellation of orders that are paid via digital wallets like Safegold or online vouchers or gift cards will not be refunded to your bank account. It will be credited to Jain Jewellers Wallet only and can be used for future purchases. In cases of refunds under 15 days return, refund is subject to quality confirmation by our skilled quality assurance team and verification of product documents like insurance certificate, original invoice and product certificate.

The money back amount will be 100% of actual amount paid. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.The money back amount will be 100% of actual amount paid.
